It is mandatory for certified contractors to meet and submit the following criteria.

* How many years has your company operated in Kentucky? Certified Contractors are required to have worked in Kentucky for at least one year.

You must have the KRCA named as additional insured by your insurance carrier.

* Certificate of Insurance Maximum file upload size is 20 MB. Certified Contractors must have at least $1 million in Liability Insurance.
